Architecting for Growth Bootcamp
Having a clear sales and marketing framework is essential if you want to grow your SaaS brand successfully. This 6-hour bootcamp will help you build a bespoke solution specifically designed for platform deployments and consistent with the way that consumers buy software today.
The bootcamp will be led by Milovan Milic, CEO of cloud enablement company Devtech. Before founding Devtech, the serial cloud computing entrepreneur cofounded cloud computing vendor ThinkGrid in 2008, which was acquired by Colt Group in 2012. More recently, he cofounded Matter365, a platform built around MS Office 365 that helps law firms work more effectively.

In this interactive bootcamp, you’ll hear from executives from three leading SaaS brands, Platform.sh, Hi Inov and Paddle. Kieron Sambrook-Smith, chief commercial officer at Platform.sh, will lead the first workshop and help you map out your operational model.
Valerie Gombart, the founder and CEO of Hi Invov, leads the second workshop and will cover how to successfully work with investors at every stage of SaaS’s lifecycle.
Harrison Rose, Paddle’s cofounder and chief customer officer, will take the third and final workshop. You’ll learn specific tactics SaaS brands have used to scale, how to make the best growth-related decisions and why it’s crucial for your go-to-market strategy to change as your brand grows.
Growth Marketing Bootcamp
Growing your SaaS isn’t as simple as getting more customers. Attend this bootcamp, and you’ll leave with a tailored revenue growth plan that will set your SaaS up to grow year-on-year. You’ll also learn how to better understand your customers (and increase revenue from them as a result) and how to build the growth team your brand needs to dominate.
The Growth Marketing Bootcamp features three 90-minute workshops, led by SaaS growth experts, including:
- Georgiana Laudi, a marketing and growth advisor at Elevate, who has previously worked with Unbounce, Appcues and Sprout Social.
- Tara Robertson, the director of marketing strategy at Sprout Social and the voice of consumer lead for the entire company. She has previously worked at Hotjar and TSL Marketing and consulted hundreds of companies.
- Meena Sandhu, the VP of revenue at Predictable Revenue. In her first year with the company, she oversaw a doubling in annual revenue.
- Matthew Lerner, the founder and CEO of Startup Core Strengths. Lerner has previously worked at Paypal and at VC firm 500 Startups.
At some point, almost every SaaS brand will start to think about international expansion. Whether you are growing globally from the start or want to move your established product into new markets, having a clear plan is the key to success. This bootcamp will help you to develop that by looking at the why, where and how of internationalization.
Three global SaaS experts will lead the bootcamp: Carrie Osman, CEO and founder of strategy consultancy Cruxy & Company; tech investor and advisor Sydney Sloan, CMO at sales engagement platform SalesLoft; and Ollie Sharpe, the vice president of revenue at SalesLoft.
The morning’s workshop is segmented into three parts. First, you’ll look at the purpose of international expansion to help you understand exactly why you want to expand. Next you’ll prioritize the market using a matrix that maps long and short term opportunities. Moving Up Market Bootcamp

You’ll learn everything related to pricing, governance and business development that you need to grow your offering and successfully go after high-value clients.
Anna Gong and Lukas Hertig will lead the Moving Up Market Bootcamp. Gong is the founder and CEO of Perx, customer data and loyalty platform. She is the winner of the Singapore Women Entrepreneur Award 2017, was featured in LinkedIn’s 2017 CEO Power Profiles and has spoken at TEDx.
Lukas Hertig is the senior vice president of web hosting platform Plesk and an advisor to several startups. Hertig helped Plesk to acquire cPanel, SolusVM, XOVI and WHCMS and played a role in the company’s sale to Oakley Capital.
Product Led Growth Bootcamp
Your product is at the heart of everything you do as a SaaS brand. As a result, it’s one of the most powerful ways to drive growth. This bootcamp combines concrete examples and hands-on exercises to help you learn how to drive product-led growth. You’ll leave knowing how to define your product’s user activation, gain customer feedback and how to combine that with usage data to drive growth.
Ferdinand Goetzen, director of marketing and growth at 3D Hubs, growth advisor Guillaume Cabane and Hannah Chaplin, director of product management at Pendo, will lead the workshop.
Goetzen is an expert in SaaS marketing and growth. He has worked with over 400 companies, including Pipedrive and KLM. Prior to 3D Hubs, he was the chief growth officer at Recruitee and the lead trainer and growth marketer at the Growth Tribe Academy.
Cabane has previously held growth roles at Drift, Segment and several other startups, helping them to grow from double-digit to triple-digit staff. He also spent six years at Apple.
